When a shutter problem is an emergency
- Shutter won't close and your shop, warehouse or store can't be secured overnight
- Shutter won't open and staff, customers or deliveries can't get in
- Shutter is hanging, sagging or partly off track, which is a safety risk
- Shutter is blocking a loading bay, car park or exit
- Damage after a vehicle or forklift impact
- Break-in damage to the curtain, lock or bottom bar
What happens when you contact us
- WhatsApp or call 9450 9801, any time of day or night.
- Tell us: your location, the shutter type (manual or motorised), and whether it's stuck open, stuck shut or partly open. Send a photo or video if you safely can.
- We confirm the attendance fee and the earliest arrival time before a technician is sent. No surprises.
- On site, the first priority is to make the opening safe and secure. Most emergency faults are fixed on the spot.
- If a part must be ordered (for example a specific motor), we secure the premises first and schedule the follow-up repair.
What to do while you wait
- Stop pressing the button. Repeated attempts can burn out a struggling motor.
- Keep everyone out from under the shutter, especially if it's partly open or sagging.
- Check the power: breaker and isolator switch. Reset a tripped breaker once only.
- Don't force the curtain up or down by hand, and never touch the springs.
- If your premises can't be secured, keep valuables out of sight and stay nearby if possible.
